Former No 10 press chief takes helm at Afme
Lewis was director of communications at 10 Downing Street and the prime minister’s official spokesman from June 2009 until May this year. Previously, he had been group corporate affairs director at Vodafone since 2004.
Mark Austen, Afme’s head of markets policy, who has been serving as acting chief executive, has been appointed chief operating officer.
