Philip McBride Johnson to leave Skadden Arps
He intends to remain active in the policy-making circles of the derivatives markets.
Johnson,
who was chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission from 1981 to 1983,
had been at Skadden since 1984, advising clients on many aspects of the US
derivatives markets.
Johnson
has been an FOW and FOi columnist since 1998.
