Beneficial owners survey results revealed
RBC Investor Services came from nowhere to top two of the overall tables in this year's Global Investor/ISF Beneficial Owners Survey, winning in the Overall Unweighted rankings and Weighted by Importance table, where scores are calibrated according to the importance respondents attach to individual service categories.
Goldman Sachs Agency Lending once again won the Weighted table, where scores are weighted by lendable portfolios. Client satisfaction with lenders was slightly improved with an average score in the Overall Unweighted table of 6.31 compared to 6.22 last year. The most improved lender was RBC Investor Services whose score was boosted 0.91 compared to 2012, while the second most improved lender was State Street, up 0.73.
