Hermes hires UK & Mena institutional head
Hermes Fund Managers has appointed Mark Miller as head of UK and Mena institutional. He will join on June 30 2014.
In this newly-created role, Miller will lead the business’ ambitious growth plans for the coming years. He will report to Harriet Steel, head of business development.
“I am excited that Mark is joining our team at Hermes,” said Steel. “This new role recognises the strategic importance of the UK institutional market to Hermes.”
Miller joins from Amundi Asset Management where he was head of UK institutional business.
Miller has previously led UK institutional teams for a number of asset managers, including Blackstone Alternative Asset Management, Fidelity International and Legal & General Investment Management.
