Feltes, Searson join board at prop firm Divento
Former CME Europe chief operating officer David Feltes and Barclays' head of executive development Hana Searson have joined the board at prop trading firm Divento Financials.
Feltes and Searson have joined the Divento board as non-executive directors, a spokesperson confirmed.
Feltes was most recently chief operating officer of CME
Group’s European exchange in London.
He left CME Europe in October last year, as reported by FOW, after serving as COO of the exchange for nearly three years. He joined the US exchange group from
Oliver Wyman where he was a consultant after a 16 year prop trading
career at Marquette where he held a number of senior roles including chief
executive officer.
He is now serving as chief operating officer at consultancy African Advisory Partners.
Searson has been with Barclays for the last six years and currently serves as head of executive development at the bank – a role she took on in January – as well as director of Barclays’ Leadership Academy. Before this she spent 11 years at Reuters and then Thomson Reuters.
The trading firm, headed up by James Sullivan, offers
specialised training, guidance and risk management for futures traders.
Operating out of Tower 42 in the City of London, the prop
firm’s trader trading academy offers access to experienced traders with
dedicated instruction on fundamental analysis, technical analysis, algorithmic
trading and market-making.
In September last year Divento's trading academy launched the 'Level 5 Financial Trading Diploma.’
