David Bailey to provide keynote at FOW Post Trade
Bank of England director David Bailey is to provide the keynote address at FOW’s Post Trade event on 11 May in Blackfriars, London.
Bailey, the director of financial markets infrastructure at the BoE, will speak on risks, issues and the regulatory agenda for central clearing.
FOW Post Trade will bring together over 120 senior figures from the sellside and buyside derivatives community for an afternoon of debate and discussion on a range of topics from the impact of new margining regimes to blockchain.
Other speakers include Luke Hickmore, Senior Investment Manager, Aberdeen Asset Management; Alan Coutts, COO, Standard Life Investments and Lee Sanders, Head of FX and FI Dealing at AXA Investment Managers.
Bailey has held the role at the Bank of England since August 2014 having joined the Bank from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) where he was Head of Markets Infrastructure & Policy.
His talk will begin at 14:00 after a networking lunch.
